Seattle Mariners outfielder Jesse Winker (back) exited Monday's game against the Yankees in the fifth inning with an apparent back injury, per MLB's Daniel Kramer. Winker pointed to his back and walked off the field during a pitching change in the top of the inning and was replaced by Jake Lamb.
