Jeremy Affeldt (groin) is scheduled to pitch an inning in Monday's Cactus League contest against the Padres. The veteran left-hander missed the final two months of the 2013 regular season with a strained left groin, and has been brought along cautiously in his rehab. He still has sufficient time to get himself game-ready before the start of the regular season.
