Jered Weaver was able to play catch for the second consecutive day on Friday, this time at a distance of about 75 feet. While it may not look like much, these are at least steps in the right direction. Weaver will throw again on Sunday, and could be looking at a return in mid-May as long as he doesn't suffer any setbacks.
