Jered Weaver is expected to pitch on three days' rest Sunday afternoon against the Orioles. The short-rest outing would allow Weaver to pitch the final game of the regular season -- a contest that could potentially determine the Angels' postseason fate. He's posted a superb 16-7 record, 2.44 ERA and 1.01 WHIP through 30 starts this season.
