Jered Weaver (elbow) plans to resume throwing Wednesday. Weaver has been letting the elbow heal after X-rays last week came back negative. The Angels are calling it "activating" the arm, so the type and extent of the throwing is still unknown. Weaver looks to still be on track for a mid-May return.
