Jered Weaver (elbow) is scheduled to pitch in a game at extended spring training on Wednesday. Weaver was hoping to embark on a minor league rehab assignment, but the Angels want him to throw one more time in a controlled environment at their spring training complex in Arizona. He is still on track to return to the Anaheim rotation at some point in early June.
