Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Jerad Eickhoff pitched in an extended spring training game on Tuesday. The right-hander has been sidelined since mid-March with a strained lat. Eickhoff pitched 128 innings for the Phillies in 2017, winning four games with a 7.41 ERA, 1.52 WHIP and 118 strikeouts. It is not a guarantee that Eickhoff will be in the rotation when he returns. Even if he is, he is unlikely to carry fantasy value at first.
