Philadelphia Phillies starting pitcher Jerad Eickhoff (lat) has been out all season with a lat strain. On Sunday, Eickhoff experienced numbness in the tips of his right middle and index fingers. The team has decided to re-evaluate him before deciding what the next step is going to be. Zach Eflin and Vince Velasquez are likely going to stay in the rotation for awhile with Eickhoff sidelined.
