Jen Royle of MASN reports that Chris Tillman has left Triple-A Norfolk and will start the first game of Saturday's doubleheader. As expected. Tillman has held a 4.17 ERA in 10 starts for Triple-A Norfolk since being demoted in late May, though he also has an uninspiring 5.8 K/9 rate. He's likely to be sent right back down after the spot start.
