Jeff Wilson of the Fort Worth Star Telegram reports that the Rangers have yet to make free agent left-hander C.J. Wilson an offer. An earlier report indicated that the Rangers submitted a four-year, $60 million offer to the southpaw, but Wilson's agent, Bob Garber, said he's yet to receive any proposal. Regardless, the Rangers don't appear likely to re-sign Wilson, as he'll probably get more money elsewhere and they seem more focused on Mark Buehrle, anyway.
