Jeff Manship has elected free agency. The 28-year-old right-hander pitched brutally in 11 appearances (four starts) for the Rockies in 2013, compiling a 7.04 ERA, 1.60 WHIP and 18/12 K/BB ratio over 30 2/3 innings. He'll likely have to settle for a minor league deal with a spring training invite.
