The Cincinnati Reds finalized their starting rotation on Saturday, awarding the final two spots to right-handers Jeff Hoffman and Jose De Leon. Those two will follow Luis Castillo, Tyler Mahle, and Wade Miley in the rotation when the regular season begins next week.
