Jayson Stark of ESPN.com reports that Jimmy Rollins and the Phillies have not reached an agreement yet. Jim Salisbury of CSNPhilly.com says the same thing. Jim Duquette of MLB Network Radio on Sirius XM Radio reported earlier that Rollins had re-signed, but it appears he may have jumped the gun. It does still seem likely that the shortstop winds up re-upping with the Phillies, though.
