Jayson Nix has been diagnosed with a fractured left hand. Nix suffered the injury when he was hit by a pitch during Wednesday's game. The Yankees haven't revealed a timetable for him, but it seems likely that his season is over. Nix has hit .236/.308/.311 for the Bombers this season.
