Jayson Nix (hamstring) went 1-for-4 with an RBI double during Friday's minor league rehab game with High-A Tampa. Nix has been sidelined since July 3 with a strained right hamstring, but has been playing in rehab games since Wednesday and appears close to returning to the Yankees' lineup. Expect to see him back with the big club early next week.
