Javier Vazquez won't pitch Saturday against the Giants due to a family emergency in his native Puerto Rico. Vazquez left the team during this week's series against the Braves. He is expected to make his next start Wednesday against the Rockies. The recently-recalled Chris Volstad will start in his place Saturday.
