Javier Vazquez will decide by December whether or not he is retiring. He certainly showed that he has plenty left in the tank, as Vazquez held an ERA of 7.09 ERA after his June 11 outing before going on a remarkable run to wind up with a 3.69 mark. If the 35-year-old does decide to return, he'll be one of the more sought after pitchers on the market.
