Jason Vargas (arm) will be activated from the disabled list to start Tuesday against the Yankees. That was the assumption already, but it's now official. Angels manager Mike Scioscia isn't ready to announce how he'll proceed with the rotation, but Jerome Williams or Tommy Hanson will likely get the boot.
