Jason Vargas allowed one run over four innings in his start against the Dodgers on Tuesday. Vargas finally allowed his first run in Cactus League play. The lefty gave up four hits and a walk and struck out two. Vargas isn't anything special in fantasy baseball, but he should eat up plenty of innings for the Royals in the middle of their starting rotation.
