Jason Hammel said the pain he felt in his right knee Tuesday was the same he felt when he initially was hurt back in July. That's not good. Hammel will undergo an MRI Wednesday, and while the Orioles are hoping it's just scar tissue breaking up, that might be optimistic thinking at this point. Chris Tillman is an option to take his spot in the rotation.
