Jason Hammel (knee) will pitch in a simulated game Monday and could return to the Orioles later in the week. Hammel has remained hopeful that he would be able to return to action before the end of the regular season, and the right-hander will hit that goal as long as Monday's outing goes well. He could be a great asset if the Orioles make it to the divisional round of the playoffs.
