Jason Hammel (knee) could throw a simulated game in the instructional league on Monday or Tuesday. Hammel threw another bullpen session Friday where he got up and down multiple times to simulate innings. He had a setback with his surgically-repaired knee earlier this month, but still hopes to be available for the postseason.
