Jason Bay said Thursday that his tight hamstring feels "10 times better" and he expects to return in a day or two. Bay hadn't played since his hammy tightened up on in during Sunday's game. The Mariners don't face a lefty until next Tuesday, so they can afford to use Bay only off the bench for a few more days if they want.
