Jason Bay is ''symptom-free'' eight days after his concussion and could be cleared soon for workouts. Bay still hasn't received medical clearance, but this is obviously a step in the right direction. He was at Citi Field on Friday for some follow-up tests, and is said to be progressing well. There should be more clarity on his status later this weekend.
