Jason Bay (concussion) went 0-for-3 with a walk Thursday in his first rehab game with High-A St. Lucie. He also played seven innings in left field. He'll likely need to get through a few more rehab games, but should be back in the Mets' lineup before long. The 33-year-old outfielder has been sidelined since June 15 with a concussion.
