Jason Bay (concussion) has been cleared to begin running this weekend. Bay has been riding a stationary bicycle since earlier in the week, and has yet to experience a recurrence of his concussion-related symptoms. While this is a step in the right direction, it's still extremely unlikely that he'll return to the Mets until after the All-Star break.
