Jason Bay (concussion) expects to return just after the All-Star break. "Optimistically, it would be right after the All-Star break if everything goes swimmingly," Bay said. "But we haven't gotten this far down the road yet as to know exactly what that might entail." Bay has been symptom-free for nearly two weeks, but he's yet to really ramp up his activity. If he can do that while still feeling 100 percent, he should indeed be cleared to return soon.
