Jankowski (ankle) will be sidelined for a few more days, Dennis Lin of the Union-Tribune reports.

Jankowski had to be helped off the field during Tuesday's exhibition game after he was hit on the ankle by a pitch. He has since been diagnosed with a left ankle contusion, but the expectation is that he'll be back on the field by the weekend. His absence over the next few days could result in more reps for fringe players such as Jabari Blash or Alexi Amarista in the outfield.
