Jamey Carroll went 2-for-4 with two runs scored in the Twins' 8-3 victory over the Red Sox on Friday. Carroll has had a decent enough spring, but he's getting bumped from the starting lineup by Brian Dozier anyway. He still figures to receive considerable playing time, but with his complete lack of power and speed, he needs to be an everyday guy to maintain any AL-only value at all.
