Jamey Carroll singled in Denard Span in the top of the 10th as the Twins completed a doubleheader sweep of the Tigers on Sunday. Glen Perkins pitched a scoreless bottom of the 10th afterwards for his 14th save. The Tigers just needed to win once today to move into a tie for first place in the AL Central. Now they're a game back.
