Boston Red Sox left-hander James Paxton (hamstring) played catch on Wednesday in camp and is hoping to get back on a mound by the end of this week. In his Grapefruit League debut last Friday, Paxton suffered a Grade 1 right hamstring strain, which is expected to cause him to miss Opening Day.
