Jake Westbrook is only expected to pitch 1-2 innings in his start versus the Cubs Sunday. The Cards are giving him the ball as a means to acknowledge his contributions to the club over the last 3 1/2 seasons, but Joe Kelly will throw more innings Sunday. Those in fantasy leagues that own Kelly should still considering streaming him against a weak Cubs lineup.
