Jake Peavy will start Tuesday against the Twins. Felix Doubront was originally scheduled to make the start, but he has been pushed back to Wednesday. Peavy owns a 3.09 ERA through seven starts this season, but he has walked 25 batters in just 42 2/3 innings. His last start was last Wednesday, so apparently the Red Sox don't want him to go a week between outings. This will also line him up to face the Tigers this weekend.
