Jake Peavy will make his next start Tuesday against the Twins. Peavy admitted following Wednesday's start that he is currently dealing with some fatigue issues, but the White Sox have no plans to shut him down yet. That could change depending upon what happens this weekend against the first-place Tigers. Peavy is not a recommended fantasy option at the moment.
