Jake Peavy said Thursday that he would be disappointed if he doesn't make 30 starts this season. It's nice to have goals, but Peavy hasn't made 30 starts in a season since 2007 as a member of the Padres. The 30-year-old right-hander recently admitted that he isn't the same pitcher he was before shoulder surgery, so he's not worth more that a late-round flier in mixed fantasy leagues.
