Jake Peavy expects to make his next scheduled start Thursday against the Rockies. Peavy threw 104 pitches last Wednesday and then threw 55 more in his first career relief appearance on Saturday, but he's ready and willing to take his regular turn. The White Sox could still opt to use Edwin Jackson on Thursday and push Peavy back to Friday's series opener against the Royals.
