Jake Peavy allowed three runs on eight hits in seven innings of work on Monday evening, falling to 4-5 in Chicago's 3-2 loss to the Yankees. He struck out four while issuing one free pass. Tonight was the first time since May 30 (seven starts) that Peavy was able to complete at least seven innings of work. Now the owner of a 5.13 ERA and 1.30 WHIP, he'll get the Twins in Minnesota this weekend.
