Jake Peavy allowed six runs on nine hits over 4 1/3 innings in a no-decision against the Twins on Tuesday. The upshot is that Peavy only walked two on the night, which had been an issue for the American League leader in free passes. Unfortunately for Peavy, that's about the only positive to be taken from the night. He allowed a home run for his eighth straight start, and it was the first time this season he's lasted fewer than five innings. Peavy owns a 3.94 ERA and 1.46 WHIP into his next start against the Tigers on Saturday.
