Jake Odorizzi threw six shutout innings of one-hit ball as the Rays topped the Mariners 2-0 on Wednesday. Odorizzi allowed only a single, walking two, in his six innings of brilliance. The right-hander struck out seven, and combined with his last start Odorizzi has thrown 11 scoreless innings while striking out 18 batters. He's got the A's in his sights for his next start, scheduled for Tuesday.
