Jacob Turner will start against the Orioles on Thursday. He'll take the place of Doug Fister, who will pitch in relief of Max Scherzer on Wednesday. Turner has allowed eight runs over 9 2/3 innings with the Tigers this season, but has plenty of promise and could be worth a look in AL-only leagues with the favorable matchup.
