Jacob Turner threw the first complete game of his career Saturday as the Marlins beat the Padres 7-1. It was an electric performance from the 22-year-old right-hander. He scattered seven hits over nine frames while striking out seven batters and issuing only one walk. Turner is now 2-0 with a 1.76 ERA and 1.10 WHIP in 41 innings since his May 31 promotion to the major leagues and needs to be owned in all standard fantasy leagues. He will get the Braves in Atlanta next week.
