Jacob Turner has been scratched from Wednesday's scheduled start against the Nationals due to a strained right shoulder. It's not clear at this point whether the injury will force Turner to the disabled list, but it seems likely. The right-hander dealt with shoulder tendinitis back in 2012, but he didn't have any known issues with the shoulder last season. Brad Hand will come out of the bullpen to start in Turner's place Wednesday.
