New York Mets starting pitcher Jacob deGrom (elbow) resumed throwing on Wednesday afternoon after a follow-up MRI. While results of his MRI on Wednesday have not yet been disclosed, it is obviously a good sign that deGrom resumed a throwing program. deGrom is currently on the 60-day injured list and not eligible to come off of it until September 13.
