Jackson (back) was activated from the 15-day DL and optioned to Triple-A Round Rock on Wednesday.

EDGE Analysis

Jackson has the prospect pedigree and stuff to someday feature near the back of a big league bullpen, but he has plenty of ironing out to do at Triple-A before he's ready for such a role. Look for him to make it back up to the big leagues sometime this summer, initially taking on some low-leverage innings.
