Ivan Nova pitched an impressive game against the White Sox on Thursday, allowing just one run on six hits over 7 1/3 strong innings of work. Nova walked three and punched out five on the night. The lone blemish against him in the game came courtesy of a solo shot from Alejandro De Aza in the fifth inning. He looked to be in line for his 10th victory, until David Robertson served up a three-run homer to Dayan Viciedo in the ninth inning. He'll take a 9-2 record and 4.03 ERA with him into Tampa Bay where he'll battle the Rays on Tuesday.
