Ivan Nova notched a lucky win in Wednesday's 6-5 victory over the Angels, allowing five runs on eight hits in 6 2/3 innings. Nova struck out two and walked three as he improved to 6-2 on the season. Despite the gaudy record (oh, the joy of wins), Nova's ERA now rests at 5.60 through 62 2/3 innings, while he's the owner of an equally uninspiring 1.58 WHIP. It's hard to quibble with his 58/20 K/BB ratio, however. He'll get the Rays at home next Wednesday.
