Ivan Nova left Friday's start against the Blue Jays in the third inning due to pain in his right elbow. Nova surrendered a pair of runs on four hits over his two-plus innings of work, before sustaining the injury. No word yet on the extent of the injury, or how much time he could potentially miss, but a trip to the disabled list is a very real possibility.
