Ishikawa is out in the lineup for Game 4 of the World Series on Saturday. With southpaw Jason Vargas on the hill for Kansas City, manager Bruce Bochy will turn to the right-handed-swinging Juan Perez to man left field. Ishikawa is 1-for-7 with two strikeouts so far in the series, but he should be back in there Sunday to face off against James Shields.
