Indians transferred RHP Josh Tomlin from the 15-day disabled list to the 60-day disabled list. It's just a procedural move in order to get Jerad Head on the roster. Tomlin had already been ruled out for the season due to a strained elbow, though his elbow is feeling much better of late and he likely could have returned if he had more time. He finished the year with a 4.25 ERA and 1.08 WHIP across 165 1/3 innings this season.
