Indians reassigned RHPs Matt Capps, Daisuke Matsuzaka, Jerry Gil, C Omir Santos, SS Luis Hernandez, and RF Matt Carson to minor league camp. Capps was re-signed to new deal after not making the Indians' 25-man roster. Matsuzaka will open the season as a starter with Triple-A Columbus.
